ITelCon is an annual academic event. Participating ITelCon requires registration via one of the following methods. Registration fees are in Euros and per person (including VAT).

Earlybird deadline: August 1st, 2018

What is included in registration:

Upon registration, you are eligible to attend welcome reception and admission to all sessions. You will also receive the printed material (program, abstracts, etc.), conference bag, conference records (Accepted papers in a USB Drive) and certificate of attendance. Beverages and snacks will be provided at coffee breaks. Finally gala dinner is also included in your registration.

How to Pay

Fees are payable in advance. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard (credit or debit). We do not accept AMEX, Diners or Maestro cards. To pay online please click here.

You can also pay by bank transfer using the accounts below. If you prefer to use wire transfer please include your full name in the notes.

If payment is made by bank transfer we must receive a copy of the bank transfer document as proof of payment by the payment deadline to ensure that authors’ papers are included in the conference proceedings. Failure to email or fax a copy to us will also mean that the late payment fee will apply (for earlybird payments). 

Please note that you can always register on-site at the conference location with cash.

After Payment

Once you have made the transfer, please send an email to info[at] with the following details in the body of the message:

A) Date of Transfer
B) Amount
C) Invoice Number
D) Name of Remitter (and name of accompanying partner if this is the case).

Payment Deadlines

Earlybird fees must reach us no later than earlybird deadline
To ensure publication of papers, author payments must reach us no later than payment deadline.
Registrations can still be made after this date, provided payment is received by credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Participants arriving at the conference without having pre-registered are welcome subject to availability. Payment will be required on arrival, and will be subject to a late registration fee of €50 on the relevant fee.

Changes and Amendments

Before finally submitting your registration, please check your order carefully as changes made to registrations after an invoice has been raised will be subject to an administration charge of €25 per change madeIf you do notice that you have made a mistake please notify us by email so that we can help you before raising your invoice. Earlybird condition

In order to obtain the Earlybird rate, we must be in receipt of your full conference registration fee by the published Earlybird date. Although we endeavour to notify paper acceptance before this date, external factors may prevent this. In the event of an author subsequently failing to have a paper accepted for the conference, a refund can be made (cancellation charges apply).

Note to Authors

In order to have your paper published in the conference proceedings the final date for receipt of authors’ payment dateDue to the large number of papers expected for this conference, the committee prefers that an author presents only one paper. However, if multiple papers are accepted for publication and presentation, each registrar can present two papers.
